All our furniture like the Sofa sets, Bedroom sets, Dining table sets, Wall Units etc. are made using high quality MDF boards and various recycled solid woods. These MDF boards are of superior quality and are laminated, varnished and edge sealed in the factory. Evok offers warranty on all its products for complete peace of mind.

A. Yes, we can send our designer to your house/ office to measure your room and recommend the furniture that would suit the space, in terms of size, needs, design and taste. Our designer would give you a complete 3D view presentation for your house/ office. This service is made available to you at a very nominal redeemable charge. And you can also contact us via phone, or email and we will visit your place to understand your requirement and give you a right solution.

A. Evok furniture is mass-produced in large quantities at various dedicated factories across the world. This makes it impossible for us to modify or manufacture individual furniture according to specific requirement unless the quantities are large. However, we have a wide range of furniture products in various sizes, colours and designs available at all Evok stores, which we hope should suit your requirement.

A. Yes, we do undertake delivery of furniture but only within the city limits and that comes to you absolutely free of cost.

A. Yes, in case of any damage to any particular part/panel, the damaged part/panel can be replaced or repaired post inspection by our service engineers. For any specific query on repair you can visit any of the Evok stores. A. We give warranty for all of our upholstered furniture for one year from the date of receipt by the end user. This warranty covers manufacturer defects affecting any part of the product including the frame, upholstery, stitching, legs, buttons, zippers, or whatever is applicable for any given model.

A. Yes, majority of furniture can be dismantled and assembled. You can write to us on your specific query on dismantling & assembling and we will be happy to assist/ guide you on the same.

A. Vacuuming or using a soft cloth is advised to clean/ remove dust. The non fabric portions of the furniture can be wiped with a damp cloth and a little soapy water, if necessary. However please ensure that all traces of water are wiped out effectively. Also we do not recommend you to rub the surface harshly or use any chemicals. A. . No, the price of the bed does not include the cost of the mattress. However, we sell mattresses and pillows also.

A. Our beds can accommodate the standard single, queen & king size mattresses available in the market with minor changes & modifications.

A. . Yes. Although ordering a complete set will save you some money, you may order any one piece individually. Any price list you receive from our sales representative will include pricing for individual pieces as well as prices for full sets.

A. Yes, definitely. Our products are manufactured according to international standards in a computer-controlled factory. Therefore, all pieces are of the same quality. Moreover, we also offer warranty of one year against any manufacturing defect.
