    we would like to inform you that we have purchase and king size bed and along mattress vide sale order no 320002748 dated 14.06.2018, products were delivered on 23.06.2018 after installation and use of one month only, we have noticed the joints are getting open at various place. since then we are approaching to Evoke through customer care, physical complaint at Evoke showroom at Shipra Mall Indrapuram. However, till date problem in unresolved. It is important to list the events and response time from Evoke to customer complaint. After 15-20 days of delivery, we have Identified of defects in products, Since then we started our mission to get our complaint register with Evoke, first attempt was made to contact Evoke customer care on 15.07.2018, every time number was busy and asked to record the massage, we had recorded the massage many times, this process was continued for more than one week. Finally, we visited showroom at Shipra Mall for complaining the same. First response from them was to contact customer care only, which were trying to do from last one week. After raising voice loud our complaint was logged in to physical complaint registered at Shipra Mall: 06.08.2018. But on one turned to us in response of the complaint. There were many follow-ups calls from our side and final we got to know that complaint register, wherein we logged our complaint is lost. Simultaneously, we were also trying to call customer care and final with God grace we could contact to customer on 02.09.2018, they have given a complaint no. MJ35036 Evoke representative (having mob no. +91 9958433017), visited us to attend the complaint, he has taken some photographs for defects and stated that he will revert will solution soon after contracting with manufacturing, today after 7th day of his visit and we did not receive any feedback/response from Evoke. It is evident, from above that how poor is the response from Evoke for after sale services, rather pathetic.
