How to Preserve a Poly Cotton Fabric Sofa
1. Wipe the visible stains with a damp sponge to make the affected areas evenly moist. Do not add too much water on the fabric.
2.Make a thick absorbent pad with a stack of four to five paper towels on top of each other folded into quarters. Place it over the stain. Cover the entire water mark completely. If necessary use more than one pad.
3. Apply pressure to the pad for five minutes by placing objects or using your hands soaking up as much excess water as possible.
4. Dry the area with a hair dryer that has been set on coolâ€ until the fabric is dry.
5.Blend 1 tbsp of distilled white vinegar with 1 tbsp. of water in a small bowl. Wet the end of a cotton swab in this solution and rub it over inside seams or other hidden areas. Wait for the area to dry and inspect the fabric carefully. If there is no color change the solution is safe to apply to the sofa.
6. For any stubborn stains dab with a soft sponge that has been dampened with the vinegar solution. Blot the stain gently moving from the outside edges toward the center. Wipe the solution away with a wet cloth. Pat the area dry with paper towels. Repeat the treatment if any discoloration remains.

At EVOK, we offer high quality products at affordable prices. In rare cases, a customer may want to exchange or cancel the order; the request for the same shall be guided by EVOK EXCHANGE, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY as detailed below.
- Exchange request can be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused, uninstalled, undamaged and saleable condition with original packing, price tags and labels.
- The request will be at sole discretion of EVOK and subject to availability of new item selected.
- The new item selected has to be of same or higher value than the original purchase.
- An inspection may be conducted by EVOK to ascertain the condition of item prior to approval of exchange request.
- Freight charges for both sides shall be borne by the customer.
- Return request can be accepted only in case where there is a material defect / damage found in the product.
- For any external damages to the packed product, please document the same on the delivery acknowledgment at the time of delivery.
- For upholstery / fragile items (Sofa, Glass, and Mirrors etc.) please take Open Delivery and verify the same is damage free before accepting the delivery and return immediately if found damaged.
- For other furniture that requires installation, the packing must be opened only by authorized service personal at the time of installation. If any damage / defect found the same needs to be documented on the Installation Job Card for processing return and fresh replacement within 15 days
- Credit Note / Refund can be provided by EVOK if replacement is not in stock. The same will be processed within 7 working days after pick up of original item. Payment made through Credit / Debit cards will be reversed to the same card, Net banking payment will be reversed to the same bank account and Vouchers used for payment will result in issue of fresh vouchers.
1.In case of cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, refund will be initiated after 2.5% deduction of order value as a convenience fee.
2. Post the 24 hour window, you will be charged 10% of the order value as a restocking fee.
3. In case cancellation within 24hrs for the change in mind customer have to bear the EMI discount cost ( in case of zero cost EMI).
4. In case of cancellation after delivery, you will be charged a 20% cancellation charge. Cancellation request post-delivery will only be accepted in case the following conditions are met:
- a) Cancellation request is raised due to the customer's change of mind
- b) Cancellation request is raised due to space issues at the customer's site
- c) The request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product
- d) The product must be returned in good condition
